Gallery & Contest
A gallery with a few of our favorite images from today's shooting is now up for viewing.
I might also add that we have got a little contest for you to ease the pain of commenting. The reader with the most commments at the end of this project will receive a super-duper present including all developed products and maybe a few things more*… . The winner will be announced in mid-june.
So register a username, and you might get the chance to win some stuff.

i'm admiring the beautiful pictures you guys have been taking. are these the ones for the covers' backgrounds? i especially liked the one with the alarm clock. i like that it gives you a certain (life)style with the music. i'd love to see more of those!
(it is also a teeny tiny bit frustrating to see that graphic designers are better photographers than most photographers...)

well, we did a second photoshooting yesterday so there a loads more of them.
the thing is, we don't know yet if we'll use them since all the of the images are on black background which makes it a bit hard to use them for the print products. but we'll work on it… hopefully we'll find a elegant solution since we like the images, too.

okay, but does the background have to be black? i think it would look really cool if you could use some lighter colors for lighter music covers (i'm sure mark is not only licencing black metal bands).
also i'd like to see something with colorful circles.... blurred maybe.... or some pictures taken at night that look kinda abstract, where you can still recognize that it is something real but not too obvious.
i dunno.

we'll have another shooting on monday and tuesday. we were thinking of developing something abstract - maybe like colourful circles ;-)
the pics were uploaded without retouching them – well some minor changes – but colours may vary on the final artwork.
